| Abstract: | Nanjing,JiangSu CNC has setup its call center with FineSupport IP contact center, which is a product from Lodesoft corp. In this paper, we introduce this project in detail about global design, implementation and shinning characteristics. This system is a totally IP solution of a call center built on broad_band network of CNC. |
