不锈钢带极堆焊工艺研究

摘    要:研究了不锈钢带有电渣堆焊工艺参数对堆焊层稀释率的影响规律和外加磁场对焊接质量的影响;提出了0.4mm×50mm焊带堆焊工艺参数的稀释阈值和工艺阈值,其值分别为50kJ/cm和90kJ/cm;微观金相分析还表明:熔合区粗大奥氏体组织和增C层宽度是影响堆焊层抗氢致剥离能力的重要因素。

Abstract:The effect of electro - slag surfacing process parameters of stainless steel strip electrode on the dilution rate and the effeet of additional magnetic field on the bead forming is studeed. The energy threshold values of dilution and process are put forward. The microstructure analysis shows that the coarse austenite grains and wide carbon - enriched layers are two dominant factors affecing the clad property of resisting peeling off induced by hydrogen.
