| 摘 要： | 针对产品开发项目管理与产品数据管理脱节的问题,提出面向产品开发过程的项目管理POPM模型,分析POPM模型中相关对象及其关联,建立支持POPM的人员组织模型,实现产品开发过程管理与数据管理的集成,以提高研发效率.

| Abstract: | Research projects and related product data are separated in product lifecycle management systems for the lack of appropriate management model and supporting tools.A process-oriented project management model is proposed to solve this problem.Object relations in this model are studied with corresponding organization model analyzed.Thus the integrated management of product development process and product related data can be achieved. |
