基于灰色关联分析法的学生评教模型

摘    要:依据某校2003年第一学期质量评估问卷的数据,利用灰色关联分析法建立了学生评教的定量模型,并利用该模型对高等数学课程中的15位教师进行了定量比较.分析结果表明:影响学生评教的最主要因素是教学效果相关的指标以及教学的艺术性特征.

Abstract:The quantitative evaluation model is studied in this paper by means of the main idea of grey correlation analysis method.According to the data of estimate questionnaire which were filled by students in the first semester in 2003 in a certain university,a quantitative evaluation model of teaching quality estimate is set up.According to this model,the classroom teaching quality of fifteen mathematical teachers is analyzed.The results show that the main factors influencing the students’ evaluation of the teaching quality are relevant indicators of teaching effectiveness and characteristics of the teaching art.
