刚柔耦合麦弗逊悬架系统运动学分析

摘    要:基于ADAMS软件应用柔性多体动力学方法建立了某轿车麦弗逊悬架模型,并进行了悬架运动学特性仿真。结果表明:与刚体模型相比,悬架构件的柔性对车轮定位参数的前束角、外倾角、主销内倾角、主销后倾角、车轮转角有明显的影响,而对车轮的横向滑移量影响很小。应用刚柔耦合模型分析悬架系统运动学更加符合实际。

Abstract:Based on ADAMS software,a McPherson suspension model was established through using the method of flexible multi-body dynamics,and the simulation of kinematical characteristics of a McPherson suspension was carried out.The results expatiated that the flexibility of the suspension parts had apparent effects on the changes of toe angle,camber angle,kingpin inclination angle,caster angle,and steer angle in the motion of the suspension,having slight effect on the change of wheel travel track,as compared with the rigid multi-body dynamics method.The analysis of rigid-flexible coupled model on the suspension kinematics conformed to the actual practice very much.
