| 摘 要： | 根据水资源定义和可持续开发利用的内涵，提出了由总量指标、比例指标、强度指标和效益指标组成的可持续利用评价指标体系．在指标体系的基础上，定义了协调系数、可持续系数和经济系数3个系数．通过这3个系数的组合，确立了综合评价指数用以对水资源可持续开发利用进行综合评价．并以华北某市为例，应用该方法综合评价了该市1998～2002年的水资源开发利用情况，为当地可持续水资源管理提供了更为准确的依据． |

| Abstract: | Based on the conception and connotation of sustainable exploitation of water resource, a sustainability assessment indexes system is proposed, which includes four kinds of indexes such as the total amount index, proportion index, intensity index and benefit index. Based on the indexes system three coefficients including coordinate coefficient, sustainability coefficient and economic coefficient are defined.By combining the three coefficients, a final integrated assessment index is proposed to assess the sustainability of water resource exploitation. Through a case study in a city of North China, the integrated assessment index is applied to assess local water resource exploitation during 1998 to 2002 and supply the more accurate basis for local sustainable water resource management. |
