| Abstract: | The Paper analyzed briefly that if we want to operate basic commercial bank well, we should employ comprehensively the limited credit, cost, labor power, and technology resources, and when we employ the resources, we should solve the several problems. Also, We emphasize that employing comprehensively business resources concerns the running benefit and prospect of development. |
