川芎提取物挥发性成分分析及在卷烟中的应用研究

摘    要:采用超临界流体萃取得到川芎提取物,平均收率为6.86%。利用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用仪对川芎提取物成分分离并鉴定出47种化学成分.用峰面积归一化法测定各种成分的质量分数,结果表明超临界CO2川芎提取物的主要成分为:3-丁基苯酞、3-丁叉苯酞、棕榈酸、亚油酸、川芎内酯等。卷烟加香实验表明:川芎提取物能有效掩盖卷烟杂气,使烟气柔和、香气细腻,可明显提高卷烟质量。

Abstract:Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. extract was obtained by the supercritical fluid extraction,the average yield is 6.86M. Separation and identification of 47 chemical compositions of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. extract were operated by the capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrum, and quality analysis of all kinds of components were determined with areas of peak normalization metods, the results showed that main components of supercritical CO2 Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. extract are: 3-butylphathlide, 3-butylidenephthalide, palmitic acid, linoleic acid, rhizoma chuanxiong lactone and so on. The cigarette flavoring experiment showed: the extract of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. could efficiently reduce offensive odor, make tobacco smoke smooth and fine, and improve smoking quality of the cigarettes.
