摘    要:Sialon陶瓷的磨粒磨损行为研究结果显示:较高载荷作用下,磨损量随时间呈指数关系增加;较低载荷作用下,磨损初期有一个短暂的磨损量基本不变的孕育阶段,随后进入快磨损阶段,对该孕育现象进行了探讨,通过实验表明,磨损量与转速有线性关系但与载荷无线性关系,SEM对磨损表面分析发现,Sialon陶瓷在SiC磨粒作用下的磨损机理主要是犁耕和表面断裂脱落。

Abstract:The abrasive wear of Sialon ceramic had been studied with SiC erodent, and the results are as follows: under a higher load, there is an exponential relationship between the mass loss and wear time; under a lower load, at the beginning there is an incubation period during which the mass loss is little and increase quickly after the stage. The incubation phenomenon has been defined as the time for summation of micro|plastic deformation at the tips of microcracks within the fresh samples under the lower load and little change in sample mass loss appears then. Afterwards, when the cracks reach the critical length, fast propagation of cracks happens, leading to the final removal of surface material. The results shows that there is a linear relationship between the mass loss and the total contacting area which is expressed by the rotation velocity. By SEM analysis, it is found that the dominant wear mechanisms are ploughing and surface fracture shedding.
