压缩天然气用于汽车发动机的互换性分析

摘    要:在车用压缩天然气中,甲烷的平均体积分数在87%左右,还含有数量不等的乙烷、丙烷、丁烷和少量的二氧化碳、氢等。这些甲烷以外数量不等的成分对天然气的性能影响很大。根据GB184047-2000,虽属同类气体,但沃泊指数W和燃烧速度指数k变化很大,因此引起发动机的性能和排放发生变化。丁烷对沃泊指数影响最大;乙烷对燃烧速度指数影响最大。

Abstract:Compressed nature gas(CNG) used in automobile contains about 87% of CH_4 on average.It also contains some C_2H_6,C_3H_8,C_4H_(10) and little CO_2,H_2.These compositions,however,has a great influence on the performance of the nature gas.According to GB184047-2000,different kinds of nature gas vary greatly in Ober number and the combustion velocity and thus affecting the performance of engine power and emission.Among those compositions,C_4H_(10) has the greatest influence on Ober number,whereas C_2H_6 has the greatest influence on the combustion velocity.
