光机电电磁电器动态测试装置的研制

摘    要:本文将计算机技术,传感器技术,电力电子技术与电器技术相结合,成功地研制出光机电电磁电器动态测试装置,实现了电器动态过程特性的实时检测,应用了软测量,数据融合以及模糊模式识别技术,解决了难以直接测量特性参数的软测量,电器动态测试过程中的疏失误差,以及电器性能的综合评估等问题。该装置目前已应用于智能化接触器的开发与研制中,为深化研究电器的实时最优控制,达到最优运行与大幅度提高其性能指标,起到了重要的作用。

Abstract:This paper develops a dynamic testing device of electromagnetic apparatus,with the combination of techniques from computer,sensor,power electronics,and electrical apparatus.With this device,the starting and breaking process of electromagnetic apparatus can be detected dynamically.Some advanced techniques have been applied in this device,for example,soft measuring is used to deduce the parameters,data fusion is used to eliminate careless errors,as well as fuzzy pattern recognition is used to evaluate electrical apparatus.This device is taking part in the researching of intelligent electrical apparatus,which has achieved real time dynamic process control,function optimization and enhancing properties of electrical apparatus greatly.
