坚硬顶板弱化技术在煤矿开采中的应用

随着社会经济水平的不断提高和煤矿开采行业的不断发展,坚硬顶板弱化技术应运而生,在保证煤矿开采安全,避免安全事故发生,降低设备的损坏率等方面体现出非常重要的应用价值。基于以上情况,在分析顶底板岩性的基础上,从技术应用的机理、爆破孔的布置方式和各个参数、施工措施3个方面入手,研究了坚硬顶板弱化技术在煤矿开采中的应用要点,最后探讨了顶板预裂爆破效果。希望通过研究,可以为相关领域技术人员提供有效的借鉴和参考。

Application of Hard Roof Weakening Technology in Coal Mining

With the continuous improvement of the socioeconomic level and the continuous development of the coal mining industry,the hard roof weakening technology came into being.It is of important application value in ensuring the safety of coal mining,avoiding the safety accidents,and reducing the damage rate of the equipment..Based on the above situation,on the basis of analyzing the roof and floor lithology,this paper studied the main points of the application of hard roof weakening technology in coal mining from the three aspects of the mechanism of technology application,the layout and various parameters of blasting holes,and construction measures.Finally,the effect of roof presplitting blasting was discussed.It is hoped that the research can provide effective reference for those skilled in the relevant fields.
