注浆加固技术在孤岛工作面围岩控制中的应用

摘    要:古书院矿二盘区煤柱工作面在应力集中和地质构造的影响下,顶板及煤体破碎,采面回采过程中存在漏顶、片帮等问题,制约煤炭回采安全。提出采用注浆加固方式对孤岛工作面围岩进行控制,通过高压注浆方式充分发挥水泥浆、马丽散注浆浆液性能来提升围岩加固效果。加固完成后,采面液压支架工作阻力由5 MPa提升至25 MPa,顶梁与顶板接触密实,采面在回采过程中未再出现片帮、漏顶等问题,同时提出的注浆方式不会占用煤炭回采时间,可为古书院矿二盘区煤柱工作面高效回采创造良好的条件。

Application of Grouting Reinforcement Technology in Surrounding Rock Control of Isolated Working Face

Abstract:Under the influence of stress concentration and geological structure,the roof and coal body of the coal pillar working face in the second panel area of Gushuyuan Coal Mine were broken.There were problems such as roof leakage and slicing during the mining process,which restricted the safety of coal mining.This paper proposed to use grouting reinforcement method to control the surrounding rock of the isolated working face,and use the high pressure grouting method to give full play to the performance of cement slurry and Malisan grouting fluid to improve the surrounding rock reinforcement effect.After the reinforcement was completed,the working resistance of the working face of the hydraulic support was increased from 5 MPa to 25 MPa,the top beam and the roof were in close contact,and there were no more problems such as slabs and roof leakage during the mining process.At the same time,the proposed grouting method will not occupy coal mining time,which can create good conditions for efficient mining at the coal pillar working face of the second panel of Gushuyuan Coal Mine.
