区段小煤柱开采注浆加固技术研究

摘    要:为解决区段小煤柱开采时采用传统锚杆锚索联合支护手段后顶板及两帮支护效果差的问题,以长平煤矿4309工作面为例,在分析其煤层条件及工作面当前支护现状的基础上,对区段小煤柱开采注浆加固技术中的注浆材料选择和注浆加固方案设计进行了研究,并对注浆加固技术应用后的加固效果进行了总结。

Study on Grouting Reinforcement Technology for Mining Section Small Coal Pillars

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of poor support effect of the roof and the two sides of the roof in applying the traditional bolt and cable combined support method in mining section small coal pillars,taking 4309 working face of Changping Coal Mine as an example,this paper studied the selection of grouting materials and the design of grouting reinforcement scheme in the grouting reinforcement technology for mining section small coal pillars based on analyzing the coal seam conditions and the current support situation of the working face,and summarized the reinforcement effect after the application of grouting reinforcement technology.
