摘    要:原油性质发生变化及上游装置脱硫设施超负荷运行,造成下游储运系统接收的液态烃产品经常连续出现腐蚀和总硫、硫化氢超标的现象,给液态烃球罐防腐蚀工作带来新的问题和困难。针对加工高含硫原油运行条件下液态烃硫化氢超标问题,提出相应的对策及建议。

Abstract:Change in crude property and the overloading operation of desulfurization facility of upstreamunit result in overhigh corrosion, total sulfur and H2S in the liquid hydrocarbons received in downstream storage and transportation system. This brought new problems and difficulties to the corrosion prevention of liquid hydrocarbon sphere tank. Corresponding coun-termeasures and suggestions are put forward against the overhigh H2S in liquid hydrocarbons when processing high sulfur crude.
