电动汽车锂离子动力蓄电池单体电池管理控制器LECU设计

摘    要:对电动汽车锂离子动力电池单体电池进行监测、电压均衡和保护,能够防止电池过充放电、延长其使用寿命、提高整车动力性。该文设计了动力蓄电池单体电池管理控制器LECU。该系统内部建立在SPI总线的基础上,主要由多通道电池监测IC、主控芯片MCU、温度检测电路、电源模块以及CAN模块组成,具有接线简单、控制效率高、抗干扰能力强,易于与整车控制网络相兼容等优势。

Abstract:Voltage monitor,voltage balance and protection of single batteries of EV Lithium-ion power batteries can prevent excessive batteries discharge,prolong battery lifetime and improve vehicle power. This paper designed single battery management controller(LECU).The controller integrated multi-channel battery-monitoring IC,micro-controller-unit(MCU),the temperature detection circuit,power supply module and the CAN module and its internal communication is based on SPI bus,this system has the advantage of simple connection,high efficiency and is compatible with the control network of the whole vehicle easily.
