| 摘 要： | 介绍了主动网络产生的原因及特点，分析了主动网络产生拥塞的基本原因，提出了主动网络的网络模型；对网络模型的拥塞控制进行了定性和定量分析，并且提出了一种主动网络进行拥塞控制的机制；对主动网络的模型进行了分析，并给出了主动网络拥塞控制机制的算法。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the characteristics and background of active networks, analyzes the causes of congestion in active networks, and then sets up a model of active networks. The congestion control of the model is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and a mechanism of congestion control is proposed. Finally, the algorithm for the congestion control mechanism of active networks is given based on the model. |
