基于PXI总线的发酵过程软测量系统研究

PXI总线是一种专为工业数据采集与自动测试应用度身定制的模块化仪器平台,而软测量方法是解决发酵过程中难以直接测量变量的有效方法.本文介绍了软测量技术在发酵过程中的应用,提出了将PXI总线数据采集系统应用到发酵过程变量检测,以及利用LabVIEW进行软测量建模以得到发酵过程待测变量最佳估计值的方法.实验表明,开发的基于PXI总线的发酵过程软测量系统实时性好、精度高并且具有广泛适应性.

The research of soft sensor system in fermentation process based on PXI bus

PXI bus is an excellent bus especially for the industrial data acquisition and automatic test system. In this paper, the application of soft sensor technology in fermentation process is introduced. The methods of using data acquisition system based on PXI bus to measure secondary variable and soft sensor modeling in LabVIEW in order to get the best estimate value in fermentation process are presented. The experiment shows that the developed system of soft sensor modeling based on PXI in fermentation process has good real time ability, high accuracy and extensive flexibility.
