模糊正交法用于锌酵母发酵培养基条件优化的研究

摘    要:模糊正交法通过把正交试验结果模糊化,以模糊数学的理论和方法处理试验数据。与经典正交法比较,能在同样试验工作量情况下获得更多的信息。本文应用模糊正交法,以模糊综合评价值作为目标函数,对锌酵母发酵培养基营养条件进行了优化,获得了满意的结果。

Abstract:The fuzzy orthogonol design is a method that the orthogonal results were fuzzed and then analysed using fuzzy mathematical theory. Fuzzy analysis might estimate not noly main effect of factors, but also possible optimal combination among factors. With the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the objective function, the fermentation medium conditions of zinc yeast was optimazed using fuzzy orthogonal design.
