散热器优化设计

摘    要:采用针肋式散热器对密封电子设备进行自然冷却时,为了获得最佳温度场主要相关参数的取值,运用正交试验的方法,对肋厚、肋长、肋高三要素进行优化设计。结果表明,该方法不仅能够得到参数的最佳组合,而且可以确定其对温度影响的敏感度。

Abstract:In order to obtain optimal temperature field, the main relevant parameters of the heat sink need to be determined, when using pin -fin type heat sink in self-cooling technique for sealed electronic equipment. The orthogonal experiment approach of optimizing the pin depth, pin length, and pin height of the heat sink was applied. The results show that this method can get optimal combination of these parameters, and determine the sensitivity of the parameters to temperature.
