步进电机相位错位问题研究

摘    要:步进电机作为执行元件,是实现机电一体化的关键产品之一,在工业自动化中有着广泛的应用。但在某些特殊应用场合,被控步进电机数量相对比较多,并且需要进行切换控制,在切换过程中,传统控制方式下步进电机存在一个相位错位的问题,这在一定程度上影响了控制的精度。文中提出了一种引入相位反馈来消除这种相位错位的方法,此方法在实际工程应用中取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:As the actuator, the stepping motor is one of the key products which can achieve mechatronics and has been widely used in industrial automation. But in some special applications, there are many stepping motors which need for switching control. In switching process, the traditional control in which there will be a phase mismatch problem has some influences on the control precision in switching. Thus, this paper proposes a method which can eliminate phase mismatch by phase feedback and achieves well results in practical application.
