基于模糊层次分析法的培训项目全面质量管理评价指标体系研究

摘    要:培训质量是培训机构发展的生命线。实行培训项目全面质量管理是全面提高培训质量、有效实现人才培养、创新培训质量管理模式的手段之一。在文献查阔、问卷调查的基础上,分析与培训项目质量相关的因素,构建了培训项目全面质量管理评价指标体系,并采用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对指标体系进行评价。

Reseach on Evaluation Index System of Training Program Total Quality Management Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract:Training quality is the key point of the development of training institutions. Training program total quality management is one of the methods of improve the training quality, implement effective personnel training and innovate training quality management mode. On the basis of literature searching and questionnaire survey, factors associated with training project quality have been analyzed and evaluation index system of training program total quality management has been established. In addition, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) has been used to evaluate the index system
