高磷高耐蚀性化学镀Ni-P合金复合络合剂的研究

摘    要:选取了对镀层和溶液性能有较大影响的络合剂和促进剂共五因素,采用正交试验法进行了研究,并优化验证了络合剂和促进剂工艺配方,筛选出一种高磷高耐蚀性的化学镀Ni-P合金复合络合剂。

Abstract:Five factors of complex agents and accelerating agents influencing the quality of coating and solution were chosen for orthogonal test,and the process compounding of complex agents and accelerating agents was optimized.A compound complex agent for electroless plating Ni-P alloy with high content of P and high corrosion resistance was screened out.
