基于DSP的液晶性能测试系统研制

摘    要:介绍了一种基于DSP芯片TMS320LF2407的动态液晶测试系统,可实现液晶阻抗参数的实时动态测量。详细描述了系统的硬件设计及软件实现。借助芯片的捕获功能,计算信号的实时频率,实现了整周期采样,保证了数字信号处理的精度。利用离散傅里叶变换计算相位差和幅值,消除了温漂和噪声的影响。

Abstract:This paper introduces a DSP-based dynamic liquid crystal performance test system, by which we can realize the realtime dynamic test for impedance parameter for liquid crystal material. And it describes in detail the design of hardware and software. The integral period sampling, which is realized by realtime frequency calculation and vohage capture function of IC chip, is necessary for precise digital signal processing. The error caused by temperature drift and noise was eliminated by applying DFT in the calculations of the phase difference and voltage amplitude and current amplitude.
