振弦式力传感器弹性元件的优化设计

摘    要:从弹性元件的优化设计入手,介绍一种设计高分辨率振弦式力传感器的方法.选用力学性能比较好的40CrNiMoA作为弹性元件的材料,并采用参数化设计语言APDL,对振弦式力传感器的弹性元件进行参数化建模,并对尺寸进行优化设计.最后,通过仿真验证所介绍的优化设计方法,找到弹性元件尺寸的最优值,使振弦式力传感器具有较高的分辨率.

Abstract:On the basis of optimization of elastic components,proposed a method for designing a high-resolution Vibrating-Wire Sensor(VWS).Choose 40CrNiMoA as the material of elastic components of VWS and use Ansys Parameter Design Language(APDL)to model the elastic components.APDL is also used to optimize the dimensions of elastic components.Moreover,the results of simulation prove that the proposed method is feasible to find the optimal dimensions of elastic components and therefore improve the resolution of VWS.
