摘    要:采用非等温动力学的微分方法求取MC锦纶6及其Kevlar纤维增强复合材料的反应动力学参数,并结合温度场,用体系平均温度随时问的变化代丰孥体系的温度变化,对二者的反应动力学参数进行修正,所得反应活化能分别由90.1 kJ/mol和101.6 kJ/mol变为72.4 kJ/mol和81.6 kJ/mol;频率因子分别由1.71×109和3.87×1010减至1.23×107和9.15×107,更为符合实际情况.Kevlar纤维的加入使MC锦纶6复合材料制备过程的表观活化能和频率因子增大,MC锦纶6及其Kevlar纤维增强复合材料制备过程的反应级数n皆在0.9~1之间,可以认为是准一级反应.

Abstract:The reaction kinetics of MC nylon 6 and MC nylon 6/ Kevlar fiber composites was obtained by differential equations of nonisothermal kinetics and modified by considering the temperature field. The reaction activation energy of MC nylon 6 and MC nylon 6/ Kevlar fiber composites changed from 90.3 kJ·mol-1 and 102.4 kJ·mol-1 to 72.9 kJ·mol-1 and 80.1 kJ·mol-1 after modified, the frequency factor changed from 1.76×109 and 4.02×1010 to 1.26×107 and 9.18×107 accordingly, both of the treating activation energy and frequency factor were closer to the real system. KF could increase the value of activation energy and frequency factor for MC nylon 6. The reaction orders of MC nylon 6 and MC nylon 6/ Kevlar fiber composites are approximately first-class.
