主链含过渡金属(Pd和Ni)多炔聚合物的三阶非线性光学响应

摘    要:描述了主链含过渡金属(Pd或Ni)的多炔聚合物的三阶非线性光学特性。通过四波混频(DFWM)实验,发现其具有高的三阶非线性光学系数,得到|x(3)|≌3×10-13esu,分子超极化率y≌5×10-31esu,并且在可见和红外区域有较小的吸收系数,这使之成为一种具有许多潜在用途的非线性光学新材料。

Abstract:A large number of polymeric materials have been investigated for their large third-order nonlinear susceptibility. Here a series of new nonlinear optical polyyne-polymers containing Pd or Ni in the main chain are described. It is decovered that the metal polyynepolymers are showed to have large X(3) value (X(3) ≌ 3 X 10-13 esu, γ ≌ 5 X 10-31 esu) and low absorption in the visible and the near infrared regions, making them potentially useful in many applications according to the results of Degenerate Four-Wave mixing (DFWM).
