摘    要:为提高RTV的抗电痕性,用纳米技术对其改性,合成RTV纳米复合材料并试验研究了它的耐漏电起痕及电蚀损能力,分析层状纳米材料的抗电痕机理的结果表明,层状纳米材料可大大提高RTV的抗电痕性。

Abstract:RTV coating is an important means against the pollution flashover of transmission and substation equipments. RTV coating is electrically aged mainly by corona and arc, so its aging performance can be improved by improving its tracking resistance. The conventional way is to fill RTV/layered silicate with alumina trihydrate (ATH) filler. In this paper, nano-technology is used for the modification of RTV, and RTV/layered silicate nano-composite is produced. The mechanisms to resist tracking and erosion of RTV/layered silicate nano-composite are analyzed with the help of thermal analysis. Tracking tests are conducted. The results show that the flame retardation of RTV/layered silicate nano-composite is highly improved, and the required amount of nano-layered silicate is only about one tenth of that of the conventional ATH filler.
