| 摘 要： | 介绍对某炼油厂常减压蒸馏装置加热炉空气预热系统的两次改造情况.通过对无机传热元件的改造设计,在原空气预热器壳体保持不变的情况下,采用无机传热元件更换原有热管,在空气入口处安装调节阀、改造烟囱等措施,达到了提高工作效率的目的,保证了热量的充分利用.

| Abstract: | Two revampings of air preheater of fired heater in atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit of a refinery was introduced. In the revamping, the existing preheater tubes were replaced inorganic while keeping the existing pre-heater shell, control valve was installed at the air inlet and associated flue gas duct was retrofitted. These have improved the heat transfer efficiency and enhanced the heat utilization. |
