基于网络多关节测量机通讯接口研究

网络制造要求测量系统和设备具有高度柔性，可以实现系统级的数据通讯与信息集成。传统笛卡尔坐标机不可移动的安装使其在网络制造中的使用受到限制。多关节测量机具有体积小、可便携的特点，成为网络制造中潜在的主要测量设备。这里提出可便携基于网络多关节测量机的新概念，通过研究基于CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture)的DMIS(Dimensional Measurement Interface Standard)接口，并把DMIS接口与传统的多关节测量机系统相结合，形成基于网络多关节测量机系统，为在网络制造模式下坐标机的集成和通讯问题进行了初步研究和探索。

Research on the Communication Interfaces of Multi-joint Coordinate Measuring Machines Based on Network

Networked manufacturing needs high flexible measuring system and equipments,which have the capabilities of data transferring and information integration.Traditional Cartesian CMMs(Coordinate Measuring Machines)can hardly move after installation,which lead to the limited uses in networked manufacturing.Multi joint CMMs,characterized by small cubage and portability,become the potential main measuring equipments in networked manufacturing.The paper presents the innovative conception of multi joint CMMs based on network.With the integration of DMIS (Dimensional Measurement Interface Standard)based on CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture)and multi joint CMMs,multi joint CMMs exchange data among measuring system and equipments.The paper carried out the original research on the project of integration and communication of CMMs under the environment of networked manufacturing.
