产品装配序列生成、DFA分析和装配仿真集成系统研究

摘    要:提出了层次等级关联关系产品装配模型和新的DFA分析方法,它通过计算装配效率和零件功能难度比来评价产品装配性能,从产品并行设计要求,产品装配序列生成、DFA分析和装配仿真集成是开发先进的计算机辅助装配工艺系统(CAAPP)的关键。这里叙述了集成系统设计方法及已研制的适合减速器产品的系统功能、工作过程和示例。

Abstract:This paper propose a layer built and degree relation assembly model(LDRA model) and a new DFA method which can evaluated the product assembly quality by calculating the assembly efficiency and the ratio of the part function value to its assembly difficulty. To integrate the assembly sequence generation, DFA and assembly simulation is the key to develop a advanced CAAPP system based on the concurrent design The design method and the working process of a developed system for reducing gears and some examples are presented in this paper also.
