盐浴组成对TD法盐浴渗钒涂层性能的影响

摘    要:采用硼砂盐浴和混合盐浴两种不同类型的盐浴在几种钢表面进行渗钒,并对渗钒涂层的组织、性能进行比较,发现混合盐浴比硼砂盐浴渗钒的速度快,且混合盐浴能降低处理温度,在相同工艺条件下,混合盐浴渗钒层的晶粒度比硼砂盐浴的小,且渗钒层的硬度比硼砂盐浴的高。

Abstract:The microstructure and properties of vanadizing coating formed on the steel (45,T10,Cr12MoV,CrWMn and 6W6Mo5Cr4V2)by mixed salt bath were compared with that by borax salt bath. The results show that the vanadizing speed in mixed salt bath is higher than that in borax salt bath,and mixed salt bath decreases treatment temperature. Moreover, under the conditions of the same process,the grain size of vanadizing coating formed by mixed salt bath is smaller than that by borax salt bath,but the hardness of the fronter is higher than that of the latter.
