摘    要:以磷钨酸铝盐为催化剂,十二醇和磷酸为原料,采用酯化法合成十二烷基磷酸单酯,考察了醇酸物质的量比、带水剂用量、催化剂用量和反应时间对十二醇转化率的影响。采用正交试验法确定了最佳工艺条件:醇酸物质的量比0.04∶0.05, 带水剂甲苯用量0.075 mol,磷钨酸铝0.2 g(反应物总质量的1%),反应温度为回流温度,酯化反应时间1.5 h。在此条件下,醇转化率99.8%,酸转化率82.0%,单酯选择性99.5%。

Abstract:Monododecylphosphate was synthesized via esterification of lauryl alcohol with phosphoric acid over aluminum phosphotungstate catalyst. The effects of alcohol-to-acid molar ratio, reaction time, amount of water carrying agent and dosage of the catalyst on the yield were investigated. The optimal condition was obtained by orthogonal experiment, i. e., aluminium phosphotungstate as the catalyst, n(lauryl alcohol)∶n(phosphoric acid)=0.04∶0.05,the amount of water carrying agent toluene 0.075 mol, catalyst dosage 0.2 g(mass fraction of the catalyst in total reaction system 1%), reaction temperature=reflux temperature and reaction time 1.5 h. Lauryl alcohol conversion of 99.8% and selectivity to monododecylphosphate of 99.5% were attained under the optimal condition.
