| 摘 要： | 基于EdgeCAM的车铣复合加工，对三拐曲轴的传统加工工艺进行改进，通过CAD及CAM软件在数控加工前进行仿真。重点阐述车铣复合加工与传统加工工艺在工序安排、刀具选择、切削用量设置上的区别，并将这些工艺参数输入EdgeCAM中进行加工仿真。

| Abstract: | The article shows improvement on traditional process of three-throw crankshaft based on EdgeCAM and simulation of the process through CAD/CAM software before machining.The attention is paid to difference between traditional process and turning&milling NC machining in working procedure,tool and cutting parameters and putting them into EdgeCAM to simulate the NC machining process. |
