等离子体引发亚麻化学改性的研究

摘    要: 研究了低温等离子体引发亚麻与环氧基季铵盐发生化学反应的机理 ,用红外光谱证明了改性后的亚麻纤维带有季铵基 ,探讨了低温等离子体引发条件以及化学反应条件对改性效果的影响 ,结果表明等离子体引发亚麻改性反应的最佳工艺条件为 :放电功率为 200W ,照射时间为 150s,季铵盐改性剂的质量浓度为 40gL ,NaOH的质量浓度为 15gL ,较佳反应温度为 60℃ ,时间为 60min。

Abstract:The mechanism of inducing quaternary amino groups on flax initiated by plasma has been studied. FTIR spectrum indicated that quaternary amino groups have been induced onto the flax. The effects of plasma initiatioin factors and chemical reaction conditions on modifying results were resear ched. The results show that the optimum technology conditions are that plasma power is 200 W, irradiation time is 150 s,the concentration of quaternary ammonium salt is 40 g/L,and NaOH is 15 g/L at 60 ℃ for 60 min.
