硫磺制酸装置几种干吸流程的分析

摘    要:就硫磺制酸装置干吸工段通常采用的四种干吸流程进行了分析、比较,对目前国内的大中型硫磺制酸装置,认为以采用三塔两槽三泵干燥酸与一吸酸混合流程为宜,并对其他几种干吸流程的选用提出了推荐意见。

Abstract:The four drying and absorption flows commonly used in the sulfur based sulfuric acid plant are analyzed and compared.For current large and medium sized domestic sulfur based sulfuric acid plants,it is proposed that,for large and medium domestic plants of sulfur based sulfuric acid production,it is better to use mixed flow of three-column two-vessel three-pump drying acid and one absorption acid.Recommendations are made for selection of other drying and absorption flows.
