低温LNG管道热力安全泄压阀泄放过程研究

摘    要:利用HYSYS流程模拟软件对低温LNG管道热力安全泄压阀泄放过程进行了热力学分析,论述了整个泄放过程中热力安全泄压阀进出口相态变化和泄放量变化情况,并结合实例定量分析了热力安全泄压阀的设计工况,旨在为工程上热力安全泄压阀的准确选型提供一种较为完整的程序和方法。

Abstract:Thermodynamics analysis for discharge process of thermal safety relief valve of LNG cryogenic pipeline is made using HYSYS process simulation software. Phase changes at inlet and outlet of thermal safety relief valve and relieving requirement are dis- cussed for the whole discharge process. The design conditions of thermal safety relief valve are quantitatively analyzed with the combi- nation of example. The research would provide an integrated procedure and method for the design and choice of thermal safety relief valve.
