汽提塔带油原因分析与对策

摘    要:为解决因二氧化碳汽提塔带油运行而导致的汽提塔出液超温及汽提效率降低的问题,从汽提塔结构、工作原理以及油对汽提效率的影响等方面分析了问题产生的原因,提出了加强源头排油、提高氨碳比、控制水碳比、增加氧含量、监控N i含量等项改进措施。应用实例表明,采用以上措施后,在3小时内汽提塔出液温度即可恢复到正常指标。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems that the out-flowing liquid temperature of stripper exceeded the normal temperature and the stripping efficiency was reduced,which was caused by operation with oil entrainment of CO_2 stripper,the reason of the caused problem was analyzed from aspects of the structure of stripper,working principle and the efficiency of oil on the stripping efficiency etc.,the improvement measures were supposed by means of enhancing oil exhaust from fountainhead,increasing ratio of ammonia/carbon,controlling ratio of water/carbon,adding oxygen content and supervising Ni content etc..The applying example indicates after the abovementioned measures are adopted,the out-flowing temperature of liquid of stripper can restore to a normal index after 3 hours.
