| 摘 要： | 青年人既有体力优势、又有智力优势,是人类的希望与宝贵财富。但同时,他们也有着感情脆弱、经验不足、挫折承受能力较低的明显缺陷。因此在实际工作中,要做好青年的思想政治工作,就必须从青年人的特点出发,采取灵活多样的工作方法,走出几个误区,运用科学的方式方法,积极地引导和教育青年健康成长。
