摘    要:对 2 8NAT6T× 7+PPC面接触钢丝绳的生产研制过程进行论述。选用SWRH82B线材作为制绳钢丝原料 ,拉丝采用多道次、小压缩率方法 ,增大股的捻股倍数 ,适当放大股拉拔模的工作锥角并采用合适的定径带长度 ,增加绳的捻距 ,合绳时单股恒张力控制在 70 0N并控制好钢丝绳的成型率 ,所生产钢丝绳的整绳破断拉力达 5 86kN ,相比 6× 7同规格钢丝绳总破断拉力上升 32 .7%左右 ,各项指标均符合标准要求 ,满足了保证客户的质量需求。

Abstract:To discuss the production process of 28NAT6T×7+PPC facial contacted wire rope.By selecting SWRH82B wire rod as raw material for rope wire,using many passes and small draught when drawing,augmenting the lay of the strands,magnifying the working cone angle of the die for strand drawing suitably and applying appropriate length of diameter deciding zone, increasing the lay of rope,controlling constant tension of single strand at 700 N and molding rate when rope closing,the breaking force of the rope is up to 586 kN,compared with the same specification 6×7 structure rope,the breaking force raise about 32.7%.All targets of the rope can meet the standard and can ensure quality requirements of consumers.
