摘    要:采用了2CrWV焊丝对SA213-T23钢的焊接性能进行了研究,测试了焊接接头在常温下的力学性能,对焊缝金属和热影响区进行微观组织观察分析。发现氧化物等杂质容易聚集在热影响区,如焊接速度不当,极易在焊缝根部形成氧化,规范参数大容易引起焊缝区未熔合,在启裂处有脆性断裂迹象。通过分析对SA213~T23钢的焊接性及工艺规范有了更清楚的认识,为大参数火电机组和核电机组材料的焊接具有一定的帮助。

Abstract:The weldability of SA213-T23 steel is discussed based on 2CrWV wires.The mechanical property of the welding joints is tested at normal temperature,and the microstructure observation analysis is carried out for welding metal and heat affected zone(HAZ).The oxides gathered easily around HAZ,the oxygenation forms at the root of welding seam easily in case welding speed is unsuitable.Lack of fusion is caused by large parameter at welding seam zone and brittle rupture happens at open split part.It is helpful to ...
