TA15合金高温本构方程的研究

摘    要:在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上对TA15合金进行了恒应变速率热压缩变形实验,在变形温度为850℃~1030℃、应变速率为1.0s-1~0.0001s-1范围内,测得了应力-应变曲线。以经典的双曲正弦形式的模型为基础,采用线性回归方法建立了TA15合金的高温本构关系,同时也通过对数据回归处理确定了合金不同温度下的应力指数n、应变激活能Q等数值,为TA15合金锻造过程的数值模拟提供了基础。

Abstract:Hot compressive experiments of TA15 titanium alloy at constant strain rates was performed on Gleeble 1500 hot simulator at temperature range of 850℃ to 1030℃ and strain rate from 0.0001s-1 to 1.0s-1,and the true stress vs true strain curves was obtained.Using the linear regression method,the constitutive equation for hot deformation of TA15 alloy was obtained on the basis of hyperbolic sine form model,and the material constants,including activation energy Q and stress exponent n were also gained,and scientific basis is provided for numerical simulation of forging process of TA15 alloy.
