| 摘 要： | 介绍了ST公司新推出的NOR结构大容量并行FLASH闪速存储器产品M5 8LW0 64D ,它具有体积小、速度快、功耗低、 8位和 16位可选的数据总线、与微处理器MCU接口简单等特点 ,适于在嵌入式系统中使用。主要对该芯片的结构、功能、与C80 5 1F0 2 0的硬件接口电路设计以及对它进行读、编程、擦除等操作的程序设计方法作了进一步介绍

| Abstract: | s: The paper describes the flash memory M58LW064D with NOR structure and large capacity and parallel interface, which is developed lately by ST company. The chip has compact volume, high speed, low power consumption , 8 bit and 16 bit alternative data bus, simple interface with microprocessor. It can be used properly for embedding system. The paper further introduces this chip about its structure, its function, hardware interface circuit designing with C8051F020 and program designing method for reading, programming and erasing. |
