摘    要:本文应用激光测量仪器PIV对长江口水库泥沙水样在沉降筒中进行沉降速度场测量,得到了平均的泥沙沉速,并分析了含沙量、絮凝等因素对泥沙沉降的影响。同时通过试验发现PIV直接测量泥沙沉速是一种可行的、有效的试验方法。

Abstract:In this paper, an experiment on direct measuring the settling velocity of sediment in the reservoir at Changjiang Estuary is introduced. In the experiment, Particle Image Velocimetery (PIV), an advanced laser equipment, is applied to detect the accurate value of settling velocity of sediment. And then, the effect brought by concentration and flocculation of sediment in experiment is analysed respectively.Through the experiment, we find that PIV is an effective and feasible equipment applied on direct settling velocity detection of sediment.
