迷宫式密封给水泵效率试验的热力学方法

摘    要:针对迷宫式密封的大型给水泵现场效率试验,给出给水泵效率和轴功率的测量和计算方法。通过两个电厂迷宫式密封给水泵性能试验验证,证明该测量方法和计算公式对迷宫式密封大型给水泵的现场性能试验可实施性强,简单方便,完全可以满足GB3216—89的C级精度。

Abstract:Directing against the field efficiency test of labyrinth sealed large scale feedwater pump, a calculation method for measuring and calculating the feedwater pump efficiency and its shaft power has been given. Through illustration examples obtained from performance tests of labyrinth sealed feedwater pumps in two power plants, it is believed that the said measuring method and calculation formula have strong feasibility for field performance test of labyrinth sealed largescale feedwater pumps, being simple and convenient, fully satisfying the accuracy of C grade required by standard GB 32 16-89.
