碱法禾草制浆造纸中段废水深度处理的实验研究

摘    要:利用"化学催化氧化-生物接触氧化"组合技术对制浆造纸中段废水进行深度处理。结果表明,在进水CODCr平均为325 mg/L、色度平均为280倍的条件下,出水CODCr可达59.5 mg/L、色度47倍,低于国家排放标准。该系统具有流程简单、处理效率高、运行稳定可靠等优点。

Abstract:Use the group technology of "catalytic oxidation bio-contact oxidation process" to make Advanced Treatment for Middle-Stage Wastewater of Pulp and Paper Engineering. The result show that when the COD concentration of influent water is equally 325 mg/L, the chroraa value is equally 280 times, the COD concentration of effluent water may reach 59.5 mg/L, chronaa value may reach 47 times. COD concentration and ehroma value are lower than the national emissions standard. This system has many strong points just like the simple flowsheet, high processing efficiency and reliable operations.
