硼-硝酸钾点火药的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:采用机械混和的方法,制备了不同配方的点火药。并对其火焰感度、静电感度和红外光谱进行了测试和分析。结果表明,当硼与硝酸钾的比例为50/50,且加入酚醛树脂粘结剂的火焰感度最大;50/50的静电感度较低,且加酚醛树脂粘结剂的配方比加氟橡胶粘结剂的配方的静电感度低;由红外光谱图可知,随着硼粉含量越低,硼的红外特征吸收峰值略有升高,并且粘结剂在一定波数段内对混合物的吸光率有影响。

Abstract:Boron and potassium nitrate were mixed in different proportions(50/50,45/55,55/ 45)by mechanical means,and three different ignition formulations were prepared.Flame sensitivity, electrostatic sensitivity,and infrared spectroscopy were tested and analyzed.The results showed that when mixing ratio of boron-potassium nitrate was50/50,ignition flame sensitivity and electrostatic sensitivity were the highest.With boron powder content of the formulation lower,ignition had higher igniting sensitivity under the external light stimulation.
