摘    要:通过对破裂风机残核的宏观分析及其化学成分、力学性能、高低倍组织、断口等分析,认为风机瞬间破裂原因主要是焊接缺陷引 的,叶片与前盘材料中的层状组织缺陷亦是造成事故的因素之一。

Abstract:Chemical composition, mechanical property, macro and micro-scopic structures as well as frac-ture surface of the wreckage of the fractured fan were examined. The results showed that welding defect was the major reason for sudden breaking up of electrostatic precipitator fan. The layer structure defect of the fan blade and front disk materials also was one of the factors related to the accident.
