| 摘 要： | 单晶金刚石被广泛应用于超精密加工工具，电子探针和光电子领域。抛光金刚石是获得光滑无缺陷金刚石表面的基本手段，本文全面介绍了单晶金刚石抛光机理和抛光工艺的研究进展，分析了磨粒机械破碎，机械－化学去除，机械－热化学去除，氧化化学和机械－电去除等理论，对提高金刚石及金刚石薄膜的平整抛光效率和质量有较高的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Diamond is widely applied in the fields of finishing tool, electronic probe and photoelectron. Diamond polishing is the way to gain super smooth diamond surface. Some polishing theories including mechanical polishing, mechanical chemistry polishing, mechanical thermochemistry polishing, oxidative chemistry polishing and mechanical electricity polishing are reviewed. |
