| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了对某加层改造后 7层砌体结构房屋的质量检测内容和方法并介绍了对其进行抗震鉴定的内容和鉴定结论。结合现场检测情况和该建筑的特点提出了设置夹板墙筒等抗震加固方案 ,这种处理措施可以提高建筑物的抗震性能 ,保证房屋的安全使用。这种抗震加固方案可作为其它类似建筑物加固处理时参考。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the quality examination and seismic evaluation of a seven stories hotel building are briefly presented.In connection with the condition of the site examination and the special feature of the building,the author designing many seismic strengthening project,such as the brick wall covered with concrete,etc.This will improve the ability to resist earthquake and ensure the safe utilization of the building.It can also be used as reference in the strengthening for other buildings. |
